Refund and Return Policy

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations. Give them another chance; you might learn to love them as much as they love you!
- Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
- Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused
- Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, this rarely happens but in the unlikely event that you have please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Please attach pictures of the said item, include the invoice number, item name and a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it. We would be happy to assist you!
